Gorakhpur Region Sports Festival Concludes: A Day of Celebration
On October 17, 2023, the sports festival in Gorakhpur region reached its conclusion. The inaugural event was graced by the presence of Subhash Bhaisaheb, the provincial campaigner of Gorakh province, Durgesh, the national head of Ekal Future, sports chief Narendra, committee member Pushpa and dedicated Karyakarthas.
Following the successful completion of all the games, the closing ceremony and prize distribution were attended by Gorakhpur Mayor Manglesh Srivastava, committee members, players, and children, making it a memorable day of celebration.
Gorakhpur Region Sports Festival Concludes: A Day of Celebration
The zonal level sports function, hosted by the Ekal Abhiyan Abhyudaya Youth Club, took place at the Bageshwar P.G College ground in Bageshwar. The event was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp at the feet of Maa Bharati. The program was presided over by Bhagwat Koranga, Kamal Koranga, Ashish Dhapola, Chief Guest Inder Farswan and Special Guest Bageshwar MLA Parvati Das, along with President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Kailash Gadiya and Khashti Koranga, President of Shama Sanch.
The program was conducted by various Ekal Abhiyan officials, trainers, and coaches, in the presence of local area residents.
Sports Competition in Rudraprayag Region
The sports competition organized by the Abhyudaya Youth Club in Rudraprayag region was held on October 15, 2023, at Koteshwar Field. The event was inaugurated under the chairmanship of Zonal President Mahant Shivanandgiri, with notable guests including Suraj Singh Rana, Vice President Pradeep Rana, Secretary Santosh Mewal and Vijay Kaprawan. The presence of Amit Khanduri, Deepak, Surendra and others added to the event’s significance.
Zone-Level Sports Event in Almora Someshwar Zone
The Ekal Abhiyan Abhyudaya Youth Club organized a zonal-level sports event at Somnath Ground in Almora Someshwar zone. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp at the feet of Maa Bharti. Shankar Bisht, Krishna Bhandari, Bhuvan Chand Joshi, Anjali Joshi, Kharak Singh Negi, Rajendra Singh Kaida, Bhopal Singh Mehra, Vandana Arya, Kailash Bora, Kamal Giri, Suresh Bora and Pankaj Agri played vital roles in the event.
