About Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad

Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad is non-profit organization registered under Indian Trust Act on 3rd March, 2000 in Delhi with a unique concept of social transformation in Rural & Tribal Bharat by spreading education.
Ekal Vidyalaya is inspired by the philosophy of Swami Vivekananda, principles of social harmony and equality of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and village development model of Mahatma Gandhi. Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad is doing the virtuous work of burning the light of knowledge through Ekal Vidyalaya.
Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP) aims to unlock the hidden potential of Rural and Tribal India which has waited for long to emerge and flourish and to foster their social and economic empowerment as a catalyst for India’s progress. BLSP is committed for bringing them in to the main stream of national progress, bridging the Gap and minimize the disparity between urban & rural society and integrating marginalised communities into the national development narrative.
As a non-profit organisation, BLSP is committed to uplifting the downtrodden segments of Indian society, facilitating their inclusion and contribution to the country’s advancement.
BLSP has spread Ekal’s reach in Northern India, operating around 21,000 schools in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu. BLSP’s direct involvement includes monitoring, resource management, quality control, and volunteer training. Chapters in various cities conduct fundraising, volunteer cultivation, and administrative support, fostering collaboration with local communities.

Empowerment of crores of Tribals and Rural brethren of Bharat, by making them socially strong, educationally aware, economically vibrant and self-reliant so that with their involvement Mother Bharat reaches the pinnacle of glory.

Mission

  • To provide non-formal primary education through cost effective One Teacher school (O.T.S.) i.e. Ekal Vidyalaya.
  • To promote health-care by health-care education and first aid under Arogya Yojna.
  • To achieve economic development by educating and training for small vocations and imparting training for Zero Cost Natural Farming with the cheapest and most effective manure prepared with cow dung and pesticide with cow urine.
  • Empower education by creating awareness about their rights, achieving their dues out of government projects with the help of Right to Information Act, enabling them to become self-reliant and live with self-respect.
  • Cultural and spiritual awareness with Sanskar education.
  • Achievement of rural urban co-ordination by Vanyatras (Visit to Ekal Vidyalaya) undertaken by urban citizens in the tribal villages.

Shikshit Gaon

Every child must get basic education. They further literate their elders. No villager uses thumb impression now.

Swastha Gaon

All the villagers are taught preventive healthcare and hygiene. Children are given vaccination. Trained Arogya Sevika serves in the village.

Swawlambi Gaon

The motto is “Har Hath ko Kam, Har Khet ko Pani”. Encouraging organic farming to provide chemical free food and profitable farming. Reducing migration to cities.

Jagruk Gaon

Motto is “Jagruk Matdata – Shikshit Gaon”. Functional and effective Gram Sabha practice duties and avail privileges of government welfare schemes.

Liquor free villages. No Ganjha and Charas to be allowed in the village. Planting Tulsi as symbol of liquor free house.

SH. Ashok Aggarwal

Sh. Ashok Kumar Agarwal is the Executive Chairman and Promoter of the Company. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with vast experience in various fields of more than 35 years. He was elected as the youngest ever President of The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. in 1993,1994 and 2000 for his valuable contribution to the growth of business of the Exchange. He was awarded with the “National Citizenship Award – 1993” by Rev. Mother Teresa for his outstanding contribution in the development of Indian Capital Markets.

S.K. Rungta

Sushil Kumar Roongta is the former Chairman of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL)(Aug 2006-May2010). SAIL is one of India’s largest public sector companies. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
He was also the first Chairman of International Coal Ventures Limited (ICVL) – a JV of five leading PSUs viz. SAIL, CIL, RINL, NMDC & NTPC.
He was a member of various Apex Chambers – Chairman of ‘Steel Committee’ of FICCI, member of National Council of CII and Advisory Council of ASSOCHAM. Mr. Roongta was also President of Institute for Steel Development & Growth.He is presently Mentor of Non ferrous metal committee of FICCI.
Mr. Roongta was a member of the Executive Committee of the World Steel Association – the Apex Body for formulation of policy for world steel.

SH. Chandra Prakash Aggarwal

Shri. Chander Prakash ji, aged 52 years is the youngest among three brothers and given his best contribution in establishing M/s.SMC Foods Limited in Nanauta, Saharanpur (U.P).
Done his Science Graduation and got rich experience of 20 years in Milk procurement and Dairy Development activities. Through his professional team, he has established Milk Village Collection points and installed Computerized AMCUS (Auto Milk collection unit System) in each village and maintained Cold Chain by establishing Milk Chilling Centers around milk collection villages.
He is a well read person who takes into consideration, all the relevant aspects while deciding any business decisions. His contribution has greatly helped in all the business decision over last 3 decades.

SH. Jagdish Mittal

SH. Nand Kishore Aggarwal

He is also the Executive Chairman of Crystal Crop Protection Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Delhi and has more than 27 years of experience in the agriculture and crop protection industry.
His business acumen and innovative thinking combined with an avid passion for subject of chemistry and agriculture is behind Crystal’s meteoric growth, making it among the fastest growing agrochemical companies in India. Aggarwal has many introductions of latest chemical technologies at affordable prices in the Indian agrochemical Industry to his credit. Under his encouraging and strategic guidance, the company has shown all round development in R&D, Product development, and Extension services. After successfully taking Crystal to the path of success, Aggarwal today spearheads the group’s strategic areas of Research and development and New Product Development, along with constantly guiding the team on new strategic initiatives.

He has started his textile factory in Bhilwara (Rajasthan). In 2004 he also became a leading exporter of iron ores & Coal importers in India as he diversified his business more. Sh. Subhash Aggarwal ji (Action Group) has introduced him with Ekal in the year 2019. Currently he is totally dedicated in all the activities of Ekal. He is inspiring others to Join Ekal Abhiyan. He played a vital role in Ekal Bhagwat Katha Gyanyagya 2019. Presently shouldering the responsibilities of Working President of West Delhi chapter of BLSP.

Smt. Madhuri Aggarwal

National Vice President Mahila Vibhag

Smt. Madhuri Aggarwal has qualified Economics (Honours) from Delhi University, ICWA (Inter). She has been engaged in teaching for over thirty-five years on voluntary basis to children who are deprived and under-privileged children. For last three years, she is running coaching center in Shakurpur Basti, Delhi on voluntary basis. The coaching is done of around one hundred students.
During Vanyatra in 2019, she had first-hand experience of the impact of Ekal movement in the rural areas. She was moved by the mission of Ekal Abhiyan in 2019 and associated with North Delhi Chapter of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP). Since then, she is donor and karyakarta on voluntary basis. She has been assigned the role of Vice- chairperson of Rastriya Mahila Samiti, chapter development in 2020. In addition, Smt. Manju Srivastava, President Ekal Sansthan assigned her various roles in Mahila Samiti Gram Sangathan since 2020. She is working as ‘Sambhag Maa’ of North Himachal. BLSP has assigned responsibility of Vice-President Managing Committee BLSP and Gram Sangathan as joint Secretary of Mahila Samiti.

SH. Dhruv Ruia

Sh. Dhru Ruia, director of P P Polyplast Pvt Ltd. and B B Coachtech (I) Pvt Ltd.
Currently he is holding responsibility of General Secretary of Kanpur chapter.
He is associated with Ekal for more than 6 years. His untiring effort for connecting more and more donors with Ekal helps to completing goals of Ekal.
He is regularly arranging Vanyatra and taking donors to rural areas so that awareness about Ekal can be spread among society.

SH. Kishan Kumar Aggarwal

Bikaner is one of the cities in Rajasthan, famous for its namkeens (savory) and sweets. In fact, such relished sweets and namkeens are prepared in every household. Those who have been to the city, must have tasted namkeens at Lalji, the 100-year-old shop, which gave birth to the brand ‘Bikanervala’.
Sh. Subhash Aggarwal ji (Action Group) has introduced him with Ekal in the year 2011. Now he is the biggest promoter of BLSP. He inspires others to join Ekal for noble cause.

SH. Brij Mohan Aggarwal

Brij Mohan Aggarwal hails from a reputed saraf family of sirsa. Born, brought up and educated there. Due to businesses opportunity they shifted to delhi in the year 1988. In the same year he started his business of trading in the various companies and established his company in the year 2000 with the name of m/s. B m oils pvt ltd, and m/s bca impex pvt ltd etc were added subsequently.

He is a very widely travelled person throughout the world & visited the following countries Europe, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand etc. While he was heading his group of companies with multi crores turnover he was awarded in 2012 – for outstanding contribution to the organisation as honorary Treasurer of the central organisation for oil industry and trade in the function of golden jublee all india convention of oil seeds oils trade & industrry held on 4th nov 2012 at crowne plaza at rohini delhi.
As president of Rajdhani vegetable oil suppliers’ association (regd.) nearly 8 years he has been awarded many times and organised many conventions under his leadership.
During his life in rotary in previous years he has been awarded for his outstanding contribution and support during the year 2006-07.

SH. Sunil Gupta

Sh. Sunil Gupta is basically an engineer and is in the business of healthcare products where he is distributor of a MNC Company.
Socially He is Co-Founder of Hasya Yog Kendra India, an organisation which runs about 3000 free Hasya Yoga Happiness Centres.
Sh. Sunil Gupta ji has been associated with Ekal since 2015 through Shri Neeraj Raizada ji and till today he is selflessly giving his services to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

SH. S.N. Bansal

Shri S.N. Bansal journey with Surya Roshni started in 1988. He joined this company as a chartered accountant and today he enjoys the designation of Corporate Advisor. He originally hails from Hisar in Haryana and is the son of an entrepreneur and industrialist Shri Sagar Mal Bansal.
Shri Bansal said about BLSP that, “It is making a remarkable contribution toward the future of India. Some of the supporters are using their CSR funds to support Ekal Schools. It is a very sensible decision. I know from my personal experience that CSR funds are sometimes handed over to dubious outfits that do not use it for work. There is a dire need to improve the CSR regimen.”
He is dedicatedly involved in Ekal activities from the year 2006.

SH. Nawal Daruka

SA Alloys is a leading trader of iron and copper alloys. Shri Daruka is a native of Jhumri Talaiya of Kodarma district in Jharkhand. He belongs to the family of late Sh. Keshav Mal Daruka who was a leading exporter of Mica to China until 1962.
As a Shatakveer of Ekal he says, “I’ve seen Ekal volunteers working in difficult conditions and remote tribal villages where people needed education and health services more than any other Indian citizen. Helping these people is like working for God.” Shri Daruka is closely involved with many other social service endeavours like education, employment, and marriage of girls. Since 2012, he is associated with Ekal.

SH. Basudev Garg

Shri Basudev Garg is a first generation entrepreneur, self-made industrialist and the Chairman of K.M.G Group. He established the company in a humble capacity, but today he is a force to reckon with at both national and international level. His multifaceted and well-balanced personality enabled the group to flourish and expand its interests in diverse fields like electrical engineering, milk products, automation and system integration, IT, metallurgy, and leasing and financing in the global market.
Shri Garg has contributed to various social, economic, cultural, educational, and charitable organizations. He learnt about Ekal from his friend Shri Subhash Aggarwal of Action Group. Shri Garg feels that Ekal is doing an exemplary job by educating people in remote areas. He says, “I believe that Ekal is a good organization involved in a noble cause. By reaching out to tribal and rural areas, it is filling up the gap in a positive and constructive way, which has been left by the government and society at large”

SH. Sanjeev Goyal

Shri Sanjeev Goel is an experienced Civil Engineer. He had always aspired to be an entrepreneur and he established his own construction business in 1991 in Delhi in the name of A.K.Gupta & amp; Co. as homage to his mentor Captain A.K.Gupta who was a pioneer in Civil Engineering. Now his construction firm is involved in execution of institutional, residential and infrastructure contracts of the various Govt. Department.
He associated with the Ekal Vidyalayas Movement from the year 2006. He was deeply inspired by the root level initiatives of Ekal Abhiyan during Ekal Kumbh held in Rohini, Delhi in the year 2009. His untiring efforts and dedication towards Ekal made him different from others.

SH. Vivek Nagpal

Shri Vivek Nagpal, a man of intelligent transport solutions is the visionary leader of Rosmerta Group, who has to his credit the introduction of Smart Card for Driving Licence and Registration Certificate (RC) in India almost two decades ago.
Mr. Nagpal is instrumental in bringing about digital and managerial excellence in company operations and is responsible for growth and strategic planning of the entire group. The group has expanded into Intelligent Transport Management System (ITMS), Diesel Exhaust Fluid “ROSBLU”, Telematics (Sensorise) – Multi-Profile M2M SIM, Rosmerta Digital Services and upcoming start up called Rosmerta Digital Services- end to end vehicle registration process digitally and Raasta – vehicle servicing at the customer door step.
In HSRP Business, Rosmerta is number one in India and the second largest supplier in the world with a market share of >60% of the Indian Market. Mr. Nagpal is 1986 batch B.Com. (Hons.) from Hindu College. He became an entrepreneur at a very young age due to sudden demise of his father. He is a self-made person who started his journey in 1987 by supplying plastic packaging to Dabur Limited and become a leading Businessman in the own domain of intelligent transport solutions. He firmly believes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and during the Covid-19 pandemic supported society at large by supplying sanitizers, masks, ventilators and medicines.
Mr. Nagpal believes in philanthropic activities and engaged in a host of social welfare, religious and spiritual doings. A strong supporter of Ekal Gramothan Foundation, committed to uplifting of life of rural and tribal brothers and sisters to make them a skilled workforce. He also supports Vanvasi Raksha Parivar Foundation, contributing to uplift the life of Vanvasi Community. At present, he is the Trustee of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP).

SH. Amar Tulsiyan

A social entrepreneur by profession, Sh. Amar Tulsiyan comes with a wealth of experience in textile, mouth freshener, real estates, hospitality and oral hygiene industries. He has been passionate about improving menstrual hygiene conditions for girls and women in India and is focused on making a marked change with niine.
Sh. Amar Tulsiyan, founder of “Shudh Plus Hygiene Products”, has not only played an important role in industrial development of Uttar Pradesh but has also employed more than 1000 people. He has delivered the brand of ‘Made in Gorakhpur’ to 20 states of the country. It will soon expand to many more states of the country.
On the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day in the year, Sh.Amar Tulsiyan, a prominent entrepreneur of Gorakhpur, was honoured for his commendable contribution to the industrial development of the state

SH. D. K. Sarraf

Mr. D.K. Sarraf holds a graduate degree in Commerce from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the same University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has been a prominent name in the field of Oil and Natural Gas industry. He served as Chairperson of Oil & Gas Regulator- Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board. Mr. D.K. Sarraf supports the Ekal Movement and its dedicated band of full-time workers who establish schools in tribal and rural areas, as well as a similar band of urban volunteers who organize support for these schools. He has had a long association with Ekal. He has been instrumental in getting donations for schools and devoting a lot of time and energy to the advancement of Ekal Abhiyan activities for the benefit of India’s downtrodden society.

SH. Uma Shankar Halwasiya

Sh. Uma Shankar Halwasiya is the Chairman and Managing Director of Halwasiya Developments Pvt. Ltd. He is currently affiliated with 16 companies managing their affairs successfully. Sh. Uma Shankar Halwasiya is associated with the Ekal Vidyalaya Abhiyan for the many years. Presently, he is the President of Lucknow chapter of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

SH. Subhash C. Aggarwal

Mr. Subhash C. Aggarwal is the Chairman and Managing Director of the SMC group since inception being one of the co-founders of SMC Group. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is having over three decades of diverse experience in the financial, stock broking industry in India and abroad. His visionary and astute leadership has resulted in building the SMC’s repute empire as a leading financial concoction.
He is associated with Ekal Abhiyan since 2015.
Being impressed with the Ekal Vidyalaya Movement, he considers it a God’s work to provide education to the poor children in remotest rural and tribal villages. He himself has personally visited schools and found children are developing basic values, they can recite Gayatri Mantra and other poems and have developed a positive atmosphere around them. He says that children are also aware about Swach Abhiyan and keep themselves clean. Sh. Subhash is of the view that by educating a child, the whole family of the Child gets benefit resulting into shedding off of bad habits by children and their family.

SH. Surender Pal Gupta

Sh. Surender Pal Gupta is a seasoned industrialist successfully managing the Gopal Group of Industries and is the Director of eight Companies. Due to leadership quality of Sh. Surender Pal Gupta, the group has emerged as an important player in the global stainless steel and mining industry.
Sh. Surender Pal Gupta is associated with Ekal movement for the last 17 years and is providing his valuable contributions to the movement. He considers “Ekal’s objective holier than many holy rituals as it aims to provide education to deprived and poor children. It is indeed better to provide education than alms, especially in remote areas because education alone can bring awareness and trigger development.”

SH. Ghanshyam Dass Goel

Shri Ghansham Das Goel, promoter of M/s G.D. Builders, started work in the construction sector in 1992. They executed a number of projects for reputed companies and earned a good reputation amongst the builder fraternity. A decade later, M/S G.D. Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., another Company rapidly grew into one of the most quality conscious construction companies in Delhi-NCR. He is the Control Board Member of Aggrasain Hospital, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi.
Shri Goel was introduced to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP) and EKAL in the year 2002 and is a strong pillar of the Ekal Vidyalay movement. Sh. Goel says, “To work with EKAL is like working for God. Your every good deed will reach Him through your prayers.” Shri G. D. Goel’s family too shares his passion for EKAL. His wife Smt. Darshana Goel is leading Mahila Samiti of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad. His three sons are also associated with Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

SH. Naresh Jain

Jainco Buildcon Ltd is considered to be a leading player in the field of town infrastructure development, especially water supply, sewage, drainage, sewage water pumping stations, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants. Shri Naresh Jain, Chairman cum Managing Director of Jainco Buildcon Ltd, is one of the most credible person to provide technological resources to civil agencies, such as Delhi Jal Board, National Highway Authority of India, Delhi Metro, and a host of other national and regional agencies looking after the external development work in metropolitan cities. He is a dynamic person who is known to successfully manage his business as well as social responsibilities.
Shri Naresh Jain’s first tryst with Ekal took place in 2002. He was inspired by Lala Mange Ram Action Group who strongly felt for the social need to educate rural and tribal children for a better future. A strong and unbending commitment for Ekal, earned Shri Naresh Jain the designation of National Treasurer of EBLSP from 2002 to 2009. Later, he was appointed he National President of EBLSP from 2010 to 2016. He believes that the organisation’s policy of not accepting funds from the Government has worked well in Ekal’s favour. Shri Naresh Jain says, “In our villages people are always keen to learn and find a solution to their problems.
All they need is a genuine friend and Ekal has filled that gap for the villagers. Other organisations seek help from the government, but EKAL is capable of helping the local government by providing aid in the remote areas.” Although he has never been an avid traveller, but his responsibilities towards Ekal have taken him to remote villages and tribal areas across India. Now, Shri Naresh Jain regularly travel abroad to inspire people to contribute towards this social cause. In his free time, he enjoys reading books.

SH. Surender Kumar Jindal

Jindal Group of Companies is a combination of various trading houses and companies engaged in a variety of business activities including domestic and international trading of bullion, spot and future trading in agro commodities, base metals, energy, financing and investment in mutual funds, debt market instruments, capital markets etc. The group has won more than 30 awards for its outstanding performance in International Trade, mainly exports.
Ekal Vidyalaya, a transformative movement, tackled educational barriers in rural India. Introducing innovative methods like Joyful Learning and adopting a low-cost model, Ekal ensured schooling aligned with children’s needs, overcoming economic hurdles and inaccessibility.
“I find a great parallel between the EKAL Vidayalaya and sowing of paddy saplings. Children are like paddy saplings which are grown in bunches in a nursery. During this initial growth period each sapling acquires its basic strength by staying together. Later when it is sown in its own place in the field, it can take all the pressures of the climate and grows into a bountiful plant. EKAL schools are like this nursery where they learn the art of learning and imbibe the strength of their cultural roots.” Shri Jindal ji express his views about Ekal. His association with Ekal for more than 8 years. He has been devoting a lot of time in the progress of Ekal Abhiyan activities for the welfare of downtrodden society of India.

SH. NARESH KUMAR

Shri Naresh Kumar is the Chairman Deepwater Drilling & Industries Pvt. Ltd. These companies are engaged in the highly technical area of offshore Oil and Gas drilling for Exploration and Production Services. Sh. Kumar is an eminent business leader with an experience of more than 40 years.Shri Naresh Kumar is former member and the first Asian to be nominated on the prestigious Executive Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) USA. A highly respected entrepreneur, he has many honours to his credit, such as,the first Vice Chairman of South Central Asia Chapter of IADC, His philanthropic ideas got a different perspective when he was introduced to the idea of Ekal Abhiyan by Shri Subhash Aggarwal (Action Group) and Shri Laxmi Goel (Essel Group). Impressed by his enthusiasm and thought process, Shri Naresh Kumar was invited to join the Trust Board of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (EBLSP) in 2010, later also joined the Trust Board of Ekal Gramothan Foundation (EGF) and Ekal GLobal Foundation (EGL). Shri Rajiv Aggarwal has been a successful banker with vast working experience of around 37 years in a Public Sector Banks. He worked in almost all functional areas of banking and in various positions before retiring as General Manager in March 2017. During his tenure, he was sent twice abroad (Australia and USA) to represent Bank.
Post retirement, he chose to devote his time in social sector. Sh. Bajrang Lal Bagra ji, President, CEC, Ekal Abhiyan introduced him to Ekal Abhiyan. He was moved by the mission of the Abhiyan in providing five-fold education to the under-privileged in rural & tribal areas. Initially, he started as CEO, CSR chapter. In April, 2018, he was made responsible as National General Secretary, Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad, one of the organizations under Ekal Abhiyan. During Vanyatra and Pravas, he had first-hand experience of the impact of Ekal movement in the rural areas.

SH. AKHIL KUMAR GUPTA

His friend Shri Rajesh Mittal introduced him to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad and the Ekal mission in the year 2015. Impressed with their work, Shri Akhil joined the North Delhi Chapter of BLSP. He visited the Ekal schools in Rudrapur, Uttrakhand and was astonishing to see the work of Ekal for rural areas.
He witnessed firsthand the awe-inspiring work Ekal was doing to uplift the life of rural and tribal children through education. Shri Akhil says, “Most of us perform many good deeds in our daily life and give alms to poor. But after visiting Ekal schools, I am convinced that donating money for this noble cause is the best charity.” presently he is National President of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

A sentence in particular spoken by Shri Shyam Ji touched Shri Singhal Ji’s heart, “Urban mothers beat their children because they refuse to drink milk while mothers in tribal areas beat their children because they ask for milk”.

Later, it diversified to other fields, such as Chemicals and Plasticizers (API), Computer Monitors and Peripherals, Power Back Up/Inverters (MICROTEK), Housing Projects (SUNCITY), and Health Care (SRI BALAJI ACTION MEDICAL INSTITUTE). Now, the group has ventured into Steel and Power Generation sector. Shri Subhash Aggarwal is the Managing Director of Action Group and is known to place society’s interests above everything else. Soft spoken and friendly, he is one of the most sought after members in Delhi’s business and social circles.
For the past 20 years, he has devoted a lot of time to EKAL Abhiyan and is the master fund raiser of the organisation. Also, he is the founding Trustee of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (EBLSP). Shri Aggarwal strongly believes in the Ekal movement and continuously works towards inspiring others to join it. He says, “Whenever I attend a marriage or a social gathering, I make it a point to eat dinner with someone new. This habit gives me a chance get one more donor or supporter for EKAL.”

Shri Laxmi Narain Goel, is one of the key architects of the Suncity Group. He is the second son of Shri. Nand Kishore Goel and has ingrained qualities of head and heart like his illustrious father. Mr. Goel is the Chairman of Suncity Projects (P) Limited. Under his leadership, Suncity has scaled newer heights within the real estate industry. The Company has developments under construction of over 30 million sq ft and has already brought to market developments of over 20 million sq ft. Suncity is the pioneer in conceiving and executing a profusion of urbane real estate projects arraying from townships to group housing, luxury apartments, shopping malls and office complexes. Under his leadership, Suncity has scaled newer heights within the real estate industry with delivery of Millions of residential & commercial spaces. Besides, his current role in Suncity, he is actively involved in strategic activities of various Group companies. He has been instrumental in the setting up of and in providing ongoing strategic intents to E-City Ventures, a brand that has led the retail real estate related initiatives.

He has been the trustee of the Agroha Vikas Trust for more than a decade. As a trustee of the Delhi chapter of the trust, which undertakes a number of noble social causes including the building and running of colleges, schools and temples. Mr. Goel was head of affairs of the Sewak Sabha Hospital, Hissar, Haryana. It is a Charitable Hospital & having 300 Beds. Presently he is President of this Trust.
